New office worlds supported by the room-in-room system vetroCUBE

The customer, based in the immediate vicinity of the Olympic Park, lives in a modern office building. However, most employees still work in traditional cubicle offices. It took a few attempts, but the time had come in mid-2019. It was decided to realize a pilot area according to the modern guidelines of agile working, according to the "new work" concept. The implementation had to take place during ongoing operations and had to be planned carefully. Together with the architects involved, the revitalization of an existing area was initiated and ultimately approved for transfer to a new work area.

The employees are now happy about an open, communicative and agile room concept. In addition to the classic desk zones, the "multizone", there are a number of special areas, such as co-working areas, libraries, silent areas or focus rooms, which offer employees space for creative collaboration or concentrated seclusion, as required and temporarily. The planning therefore followed the agile approach of a “smart office”. A communicative approach! Employees are exchanging ideas more intensively again. The integration of new colleagues happens more smoothly. We will pass on knowledge more quickly.

woodtec contributed the recognized good room-in-room systems from the vetroCUBE modular system to the concept. We observe a satisfied customer.
