The room in room system is independent of the building. It is self-sufficient and stands freely on the open space surface. In particular, the room in the room is independent of a mechanical ventilation system of the building. The own, system-integrated ventilation enables the construction of trapped rooms. Despite the self-sufficiency described above, there are still interfaces to the building - electrification, for example. Of course, the room in room system must be connected to the 230V supply and to the data supply. Fire protection requires further interfaces to the building.

Room in room with fire alarm system and fire extinguishing system

If an office space is or must be equipped with a fire alarm system, this requirement applies to EVERY room, and then also to the room-in-room units. Smoke detectors must also be installed in the thinker cell and connected to the fire alarm system. Danger announcements may have to be transmitted to the think tank. For this purpose, the loudspeaker of an ELA system must be integrated. Last but not least, the area may have to be equipped with a fire extinguishing system so that a sprinkler head can also be installed in the room-in-room system.

Room in room non-combustible

From time to time we receive requests for non-flammable space in space units. Usually these units should be located in foyers or similar areas. In these cases the fire load on the surface may not be increased, so that the room in room units do not have to be flammable. For this reason, we also offer the execution of the system in A2 quality.
