Thinker cell in the room-in-room principle as a self-sufficient room element

Agile working is supported by room-in-room solutions

The customer moved into new office space in a special location, directly on the Rhine and yet close to the city. This location also inspired the architectural firm msm meyer schmitz-morkramer. With the Rheinkontor, a building was designed that, in addition to the straight-line architecture visible from the outside, impresses with green inner courtyards and a flexible floor-to-ceiling spatial concept. Equipped with three representative entrances, the modern, cooled office building offers an ideal address for our customers. On around 15,000 square meters of floor space, spread over four or five floors, in addition to light and flexible office space, a company restaurant with a café and outdoor seating area as well as a daycare center with a green play area were created.

The room concept is open. Agile work, new work, is state of the art and is largely made possible by quickly available, ad hoc usable retreat areas. This is where the room-in-room system vetroCUBE from woodtec comes into play. By centralizing these communication and concentration units in the middle zone, the areas on the facade are retained for employees. They are happy about the attractive view of the Rhine. The self-sufficient design of the room-in-room boxes allows for quick conversions and thus changes in use.
