Thinker cell in the room-in-room principle as a self-sufficient room element

Ingelheim

Establishment of customer center

Rheinhessische has opened its new customer center in Ingelheim. As a local company, woodtec is proud to have been involved in the realization. We supplied customized office systems, such as an elaborate counter system with consultation stations, partition wall systems in all-glass construction, wall units, wall panelling and the seating.

The design is based on the designs of the Kulla architectural office.

The energy supplier's competent field service is now complemented by a functional and representative customer center. This creates proximity to the customer. Here, customers can obtain binding information, clarify questions about the products or have the advantages of the current offers explained to them. A particular strength of the new facility is its practical relevance, i.e. the opportunity to inspect units and entire systems in operation. Condensing boilers for single or multi-family homes, associated buffer storage tanks, mini combined heat and power units, fuel cell technology and the use of wind and solar energy (photovoltaics) are active components of self-supply. The systems have been integrated into the structural concept of the new customer center in such a way that they can be used as demonstration objects during consultations. This makes it possible to develop tailor-made solutions for the respective customer requirements. This applies equally to private customers and companies.
